To create an NG Rewards member account from the app:
If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you’ll need to be able to access your email to get back into your NG Rewards member account.

To update your profile information, including your username and email address associated with your account:
Some profile information isn’t visible to anyone but you. This includes your email address, phone number, gender and age.

To change your username, you can edit your profile.
Trademark violations may involve using a company or business name, logo or other trademark-protected materials in a manner that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation.

Most likely, someone tried to sign up for an NG Rewards member account using your email address by mistake. To remove your email from the account:

To message people and merchants, tap or click on Messages and enter a search in the search bar at the top of the screen. You can choose to search for People or Merchants.
How do I delete a conversation in Messages?
Once you delete a conversation, it will no longer be visible in your inbox. Keep in mind that this only deletes the conversation for you, and that it will still appear for other people included in the conversation.

You can take a new photo or add a photo from your phone’s photo library or Facebook. If you choose to import from Facebook, NG Rewards will use the same picture you’re already using for your Facebook profile.
