Patience in business

Learning to be patient has been one of the hardest struggles in my entrepreneurial journey. In a time where everything moves fast, you want your results to come fast as well. But that’s not how the world of business works.

Establishing relationships takes times. Earning people’s trusts is a long-term process. And creating a brand is an everyday hustle.

As a business owner you can’t rush this process, but you do have to take quick actions. For example, in order for you to establish a brand that cares about its customers, you should respond to each one of your customers when they reach out, and quickly address any questions or concerns that might’ve come up.

Because you answer a couple of emails on your first day, it does not mean that you have already established a caring brand. This is decided by your customers. And your customers need to see that you care about them over time.
