In 2019, small businesses have hundreds of mobile platforms in their pocket that allow them to gain an audience. There is no “one-size-fits-all” way of gaining traction on these platforms. Each brand has to find their own voice.

Be self-aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and double down on your strengths. Be exceptionally great at what you’re good at and get creative.
